If I were President, I would send emotionally mature Nollywood stars, like Omotola and RMD as ambassadors to Caribbean nations - Ben Bruce
Senator Ben Bruce is on twitter tonight listing things he'll do if he was the prsident.
According to him, 'If I were President, I would send emotionally mature Nollywood stars, Like Omotola and RMD as ambassadors to African/Caribbean nations. Over time, such stars will make the Black world have a positive opinion of Nigeria helping us fulfill our role as unifier of the Black Race'.

One of the top trends on Twitter in 2017 was a Twitter war between Nigerians and Kenyans and Nigerians and Ghanaians. Last month, someone allegedly called Africa a sh*thole. Did you see an Africa-American Twitter fight? Africans respect the West too much and ourselves too little!— Ben Murray-Bruce (@benmurraybruce) February 10, 2018
Was in Barbados a while back. Rihanna is from there. But you won’t believe that Omotola and Genevieve are almost as popular as Rihanna in Barbados and throughout the Caribbean. But while Barbados has monetized Rihanna’s popularity, we haven’t done same with Omotola and Genevieve.— Ben Murray-Bruce (@benmurraybruce) February 10, 2018
1-Nigeria is not a popular nation. We are famous, but we are not popular. However, Nollywood and Nigerian artists are popular. What we must do is to use Nollywood and Nigerian artists to perform a PR surgery by transferring their popularity and credibility to Nigeria as a nation.— Ben Murray-Bruce (@benmurraybruce) February 10, 2018

3-Once we spread Nigerian culture across the Black diaspora, the next thing is that Nigerian businesses like the Dangote Group, Glo, Forte oil, Zenith Bank and UBA will go and conquer the business space s d deprive European and Asian businesses of their monopoly in those nations.— Ben Murray-Bruce (@benmurraybruce) February 10, 2018
4-That is how Coca Cola, Pepsi, Levi Jeans and Western Union, became worldwide brands. America first got us to fall in love with @taylorswift13. Then they got her to drink @CocaCola on TV. Next thing, you and I started to like Coke. Transfer of credibility from Swift to Coke.— Ben Murray-Bruce (@benmurraybruce) February 10, 2018
Those Nigerians who think only oil can save our economy should take a look at citizens of Venezuela, the nation with the largest crude oil reserves in the world, running to Colombia, a country that depends on agriculture. Nigeria must learn from Venezuela and develop agriculture! pic.twitter.com/m8xe7ozWXw— Ben Murray-Bruce (@benmurraybruce) February 10, 2018
