Mrs Iruka who loss her husband through a battled illness with four children to look after is wailed by poverty, face with so many challenges she sees one glittering but fierce solution to their family survival, she gives her first daughter Ezinne out to a Man old enough to be her ground father in return for money.

She forces her to denounce the love of her life Chibuzor whom had betrothed her since childhood. Ezinne is left in a state of dilemma without any option but to leave in a life between LOVE & TEARS with alot of pains... This she refers to as 'MY LOVE AND MY TEARS'.
