EXCESS LUGGAGE wins outstanding comic film at AIFF

If you are yet to hear of Excess Luggage, Nigeria's biggest, funniest and wickedest comic story ever told then you need to take note now, because when the birth of a child brings good tidings to a home the family holds such a child highly in esteem.

Yesterday at the 14th Abuja International Film Festival, Excess Luggage worn the Outstanding Comic Film category. With this coming evidently before the movies debut in cinemas, one can clearly and confidently say the award winning, talk of the town movie when it open next week Friday in all Nigerian cinemas from 20th October 2017, as highly anticipated will worth every bit of your time and money.

Excess Luggage is a compelling story of Douglas and Enyinnaya, two cousins separated by physical distance and financial status. On a road trip from village to the metropolitan city of Lagos Enyinnaya and his archaic wife Ugomma and son encounter a breakdown in their car and decide to stop over at Douglas’s estate for a visit that turns everyone’s life upside down.

The much acclaimed comic movie is produce by IK Ogbonna and Nikky Ufundo, it stars IK Ogbonna, Nikky Ufondu, Queen Nwokoye, Mike Ezuruonye, Denrele Edun, Lisa Omoridion, Fred Amata and Shaffy Bello and directed by Damijo Efe-Young.
