Although Nollywood has, over the years, done great, Some Nigerians have, on Monday, taken to the micro-blogging site, Twitter, to critique the Nigerian film industry, with many giving the industry a heavy knock for scenes they described as being too below expectations.Nollywood cable films

LAst week, Nigeria witnessed a drama at the National Assembly where operatives of the Department of States Services, DSS, invaded and took over the Assemblies complexes, preventing lawmakers from gaining access.

The incidents at the two complexes of the National Assembly took the attention of many Nigerians. However, Today, Nigerians have beamed their attention on the movie industry, making Nollywood to appear on the twitter trend’s map.

Nollywood needs to urgently change storylines though. There is no African country I have been to that I didn’t have to answer questions about Nigeria and JuJu. And they get all that info from Nollywood. Africans/Carribbeans actually think juju is rampant in Nigeria.

My friend who was an only son died in 2013. His father had died several years earlier. His body was still in the mortuary when an uncle moved into his father’s house & another uncle tried to take possession of his car.
