The widely anticipated movie which will open nationwide in all Nigerian cinemas from 5th January, tells the story of a faithful young lady who marries the love of her life. Unable to consummate their marriage following her husband's medical issue.
The couple travails several hospitals to seek professional help to no avail, they remained true to each other. As a woman she faces all kinds of shame, name calling and embarrassment from friends and colleagues who believes she is infertile after five years of marriage. Surprisingly, she kept her husband’s secret all along.
At a point, frustration sets in and she decided to seek some time to herself to think. She moves to her maternal grandmother’s (a widow) house in a rural area away from her husband.
Her stay with her grandmother becomes the turning point in her story, as she found out the problem lies with her and not her husband as medically claimed. Her mother was a victim of rape and died during child bearing. Her grandmother did a protective spell to protect her from falling victim to same situation that happened to her mother.
